2. You must accept cookies to successfully access and navigate our member's services. To change your cookie settings, select "View" from the top of your browser. From there, select "Internet Options", and you will be given a new little window. Select the tab labeled "Advanced" and scroll down until you reach the section on "Security". Under Security there should be a subheading of "Cookies" with three different options listed underneath. If these options are not listed, double-click on where it says "Cookies". Of the three options, "Disable all Cookies" is the only one you CANNOT choose. Both "Always Accept Cookies" and "Prompt Before Accepting Cookies" will work just fine.
3. If it still is not working after these two problems are fixed, then chances are you are entering in the wrong information as your username and password.
