There are several reasons logging in may not work, even if you have the right username or password.

1. To be able to login successfully, you must be using a javascript enabled browser. As a rule of thumb, Netscape 3.0 or higher are javascript enabled. If you're not using Netscape 3.0 or higher, you may want to upgrade. If you are using Netscape 3.0 or higher, under Edit ---> Preferences ---> Advanced, make sure that "Enable Java" and "Enable Javascript" are both checked.

2. You must accept cookies to successfully access and navigate our member's services. To change your cookie settings, go to the same place you go to enable javascript (under Edit ---> Preferences ---> Advanced). Make sure that it is set to "Accept all cookies" or "Accept only cookies that get sent back to the originating server". Do not select "Disable cookies" or you will not be able to successfully login.

3. If it still is not working after these two problems are fixed, then chances are you are entering in the wrong information as your username and password. You username is your FULL e-mail address (i.e. bob@home.com) and the password you chose when signing up. If you did not choose or receive a password when signing up, then please try the default "password" before contacting us.
